Storage
Kazakhstan citizens' data must be stored on servers in Kazakhstan. Prime Estate's working infrastructure will be configured with this requirement in mind.
Cookies, security, and analytics
The site uses essential cookies to operate its interface. Yandex Metrica, Session Replay, GA4, and Meta Pixel analytics are enabled only with your consent. Session Replay helps us understand how pages are used; form fields and chat content are excluded from recordings. Meta Pixel helps measure Facebook and Instagram campaigns and records anonymised PageView and Lead events. Yandex Maps may load a property's map and send technical requests to Yandex, while embedded 2GIS content may load public reviews. Public forms are also protected by invisible reCAPTCHA v3.
User rights
The user may request clarification, correction, or deletion of their data via agency@prime-estate.kz.
