This is not a conventional real estate agent role. Prime Estate operates in the premium commercial real estate segment with budgets of KZT 100 million and above. We select properties to suit each client's capital, calculate returns, execute transactions, help lease premises, negotiate long-term agreements, resell assets, and work with offers from leading developers. The broker joins an AI-enabled company with its own CRM, property search engine, and AI tools for speed, analysis, and transaction support.

readiness to work with large transactions, numbers, contracts, and long sales cycles
the ability to resolve tension, retain the client's trust, and bring a transaction to completion
and the ambition to become an investment broker, not merely a salesperson.
