Who we are looking for
Structured thinking, advanced spreadsheet skills, care with data, and a willingness to work with no-code and low-code tools, AI agents, prompts, integrations, and vibe coding. You must be able to communicate with brokers, understand the business need, and carry a solution through to a working state.
